- Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's ok. However, if you fail to cancel at least 24 hours before your session you will be charged 50% of the service requested. A cancellation with less than 2 hours notice will be charged the full session rate. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in your place.
- Out of respect and consideration to your therapist's time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains REMAINS of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
- If you fail to show up for a scheduled massage without any notification you will be considered a "no show" and be charged the full rate of the service you have scheduled.
A credit card number is required on file or at least 50% prepayment to reserve your appointment. You can prepay by PayPal at paypal.me/WaterLilyMassage
Please inform me at the time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is very important to me and some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions. Receiving a massage when you are sick is not advised. In certain illnesses a massage can accelerate the onset of infection and/or symptoms. Please wait until you are well.
* In order for you to receive the best massage therapy possible, please communicate ANYTHING and everything. Including your needs, preferences, requests or feedback at any time before, during or after your massage. Let me know right away if there is anything distracting you or if you feel unwell or uncomfortable at any time during the session so that I can make any adjustments. I want your honest feedback -positive or negative- and I won't take offense by it.
